Fenugreek

Consumption of any medicines has to be taken in a proper way in order to be effective in curing any particular disease.

  • Take fenugreek in gms equal to half of our weight (80kgs 40gms).
  • Soaked in water overnight.
  • Drain the water the next day.
  • Tie it in a cloth.
  • Allow it to sprout for 2 days.
  • Next day, add the sprouts to a mixer.
  • Blend it with hot water.

Filter it and drink the warm juice daily. This is very effective to reduce diabetes even for patients who are taking insulin.

Mint

It can be added to the food in any form regularly.

Spinach

Diabetes patients must add any variety of spinach (at least 150gms) daily to their diet. Spinach like moringa, fenugreek leaves, black nightshade, eclipta alta, centella asiatica, sesbania grandiflora can be consumed. It acts as an excellent antioxidant.

Cynodon dactylon (Scutch Grass)

When taken daily, it reduces autoimmune diseases.

  • 1 handful of cynodon dactylon.
  • 1 small piece of coconut.
  • 1 tablespoon cumin.
  • Blend all ingredients in a mixer with 200ml water.
  • Filter and drink daily on an empty stomach.
